As you are aware, under normal circumstances, Revolution Motorhomes would never disclose its trade secrets or advise our competitors on the sources of our superior composites, until now.
Recently, a B-Double semitrailer truck collided with force, striking the rear of one of our custom-built motorhomes at a roadworks stoplight, causing significant damage that necessitated towing the semitrailer truck from the scene. The motorhome’s body absorbed the majority of the impact as it was stopped behind another vehicle. Due to Revolution Motorhomes’ construction methods and the composition of the motorhome’s body panels, the internal fitout remained attached, which allowed the female driver to walk away from this serious accident with broken ribs and bruising, instead of fatal injury.
As you know, traditional motorhomes are still commonly manufactured with the same construction methods and materials as caravans, so it is not uncommon to see these caravans totally disintegrate even in relatively minor accidents.
Considering the force of the impact was large enough to dislodge the Mercedes dashboard and radio entirely, it is evident that the superior strength and impact resistance of your composite body panels, combined with Revolution’s triangulated design and superior bonded cabinetry installation, prevented a major catastrophe.
Not only was the motorhome still drivable, but their insurance company even sold the vehicle with a current roadworthy certificate.
